Before we get to 'What?' and 'How?', let's ask 'Why?'. What's my purpose here?
I am a banker, venture capitalist, entrepreneur, investor and thinker. I now coach clients through their biggest decisions. People and businesses often fail to meet their potential. Sometimes, this is disastrous; often it's just bleh. It can be so much better -- my motivation is for you to reach the goals you choose.
Throughout my career, across several countries, sectors and roles, I have made consequential decisions under conditions of uncertainty, implemented them, and navigated the consequences.
I offer executive coaching to individuals in person and online.
I am a thinking partner to leaders in business -- from construction to retail --, finance, law, and tech. I work with multinational firms, scale-ups, and family businesses . The common thread is a focus on decision-making -- and execution -- under pressure.
I have worked very successfully with leaders in talent management.
Clients connect with me directly and I am also engaged by HR / talent management teams. My goal is always to help you, as my client, make – and follow through on – choices that work better for you.
